EquiVetsNZ – Open Positions – 06/04/22

We need two horse vets!

One full time permanent role as an ambulatory veterinarian working mainly with racehorses.

One stud vet for the breeding season in New Zealand – September to January.

These are both very attractive roles working with great clients and enjoying plenty of collegial support if required. Our preference is for experienced applicants.

EquivetsNZ is a small tight group of eight vets and very capable techs who enjoy working and playing together because fun and family is very important to us here at SRVS.

Equivets New Zealand is a dedicated equine service arm of Southern Rangitikei Veterinary Services which is a long established mixed practice with clinics in Bulls and Marton. Our veterinary team services clients throughout the lower North Island of New Zealand working out of the main clinic and surgery in Bulls or our branch clinic in Masterton.

There is plenty of opportunity for professional development as we have all the pre requisite toys including our own surgery on site at the clinic.

This is a great area of New Zealand with unlimited scope for recreation and we even have New Zealand’s only vet school in the middle of our practice area.

Applicants must have a degree that is recognized for registration in New Zealand
