Fethard Equine Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinary nurse to join its team. The successful applicant will join their current team of 8 veterinary nurses, 4 surgeons, 1 specialist medicine clinician, 8 veterinary interns, as well as a large support team. The Role:

Our nurses have rotating roles within the hospital through surgery, medicine, in-patient, and out-patient care. The position entails a shared OOH rota of 1 in 8 with Monday and Friday the following week off or time in lieu to be taken at a later date. Any overtime worked is paid. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player interested in working in a busy practice with a great team of 8 nurses.

We see a large number of racehorses, sport horses, ponies, mares, and foals throughout the year for surgical and non-surgical cases so you will enjoy a varied caseload.
